I've always believed that creativity is strongest when it's supported by research. Great ideas can be inspiring, but without understanding players and the market, it's easy to overlook opportunities or solve the wrong problems.

As a game producer, I wanted to support my team by giving them confidence in their creative decisions. For that, I used resources like SteamDB and Statista to conduct competitor analyses, identify market trends, and provide context and relevance that helped the team compare ideas and understand different approaches.

My goal wasn't to replace creativity with data, but to give creative ideas a stronger foundation.

That experience shaped my passion for user research. Today, I'm driven by understanding player behavior, uncovering meaningful insights, and helping teams create experiences that are both imaginative and grounded in evidence.
